Ingredients:

  • Grapefruit – 1 pack
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Sauce:
    – A bunch of dill
    – Half a cup of 30% whipping cream
    – 1 glass of water
    – 1 tablespoon of clarified butter
    – 2 cloves of garlic
    – A tablespoon of wheat flour
    – A pinch of turmeric
    – A tablespoon of lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1
Remove the frozen grapes from the bag and place them in about 3 liters of boiling, salted water with a tablespoon of oil added, being careful not to interrupt the boiling.

Step 2
Stir gently to prevent the crabs from sticking to the bottom. Cook for about 7-9 minutes after they float to the surface.

Step 3
Suggested serving: Serve hot with dill sauce.

Step 4
Sauce. Add a tablespoon of flour to the cream and mix. Sauté the butter and garlic in a pan for about 2 minutes. Add a glass of water. Reduce the heat to low and add the cream and spices: salt, pepper, and turmeric. Simmer the sauce for a few minutes until thickened. Add the chopped dill and lemon juice.
